We appreciate your faith in human goodness and your deep patriotism.” Legal Proceedings Unfold Reiner’s son Nick, 32, has been charged with two counts of first-degree murder and made a court appearance today. He’s being held without bail. Rob Reiner was introduced to Michele Singer Reiner whilst filming When Harry Met Sally. The pair were brought together by Barry Sonnenfeld, a friend and director. Reiner’s extensive filmography featured classics such as Misery, Stand by Me and The Princess Bride. The director and his wife were married for 36 years.
